With two decades of experience, including leadership roles in sales and sales management, business development and marketing, Maciariello brings significant expertise in the human resources industry to his new position at Linium. Most recently, he served as Director of Sales at both OutMatch, a predictive analytics HR tech firm headquartered in Dallas, TX and its predecessor, Chequed.com, based in Saratoga Springs.

In his new role, Maciariello will lead efforts to identify prospects, attract clients and grow revenue at Linium. He will focus on highlighting the company’s innovative recruiting tools and solutions, its commitment to excellence, and its recognition as one of the nation’s best recruiting firms – a designation it received in April for the second consecutive year from Forbes.

Maciariello previously worked as a major accounts district manager at ADP, in business development at nfrastructure, and in marketing and sales at Cigna Software. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in industrial management engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
